The Skipper tourist rental apartments consist of two separate apartments, each with a shower. The two apartments can be combined to form a single unit. The entire apartment offers 8 beds, including 6 regular beds (4 single and 2 double beds) and 2 sofa beds. The apartment has two separate entrances, making the two units independent. The apartment can be rented as a whole or separately as follows:
APP A with 3 bedrooms and balcony
In this version, the 96 sqm apartment consists of:
- An entrance with wardrobe and sofa
- An open-plan kitchen of 24 square meters, with a sofa bed
- A balcony overlooking the city and port
- A bedroom with two single beds
- A bedroom with a French double bed
- A bathroom with shower
- A bedroom with single beds
Maximum 8 people occupancy.
APP B with 1 bedroom
In this version, the apartment is 54 sqm and consists of:
- A small corridor connecting the bedrooms
- A 7-square-meter kitchen overlooking the living room with parquet flooring.
- A 14-square-meter living room with parquet flooring and a sofa bed for two people
- A southwest-facing bedroom with a double bed, desk, chest of drawers, armchair, lamp, and TV/monitor.
- A bathroom with a shower
Maximum 4 people occupancy.
